MIXING TIPS: To ensure the consistency is to your liking, start by adding 90-100mL of cold water or milk to the mixture while stirring (for 2 scoops – 40g). Then slowly add more water or milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Ensure the powder is mixed through completely before adding more liquid.
WHAT IS CASEIN PROTEIN?
Not all proteins are created equally. To understand a bit more about what type of protein would suit you and your routine we have broken it down into three categories:
ISOLATE (WPI – Whey Protein Isolate)
– Very fast digesting. Ideal for post-workout.
CONCENTRATE (WPC – Whey Protein Concentrate)
– Slower digesting than WPI (Slower digestion rate due to filtration process).
CASEIN (MN Custard Protein)
– Super slow digesting. Slower again than WPC (digestion rate 6 – 8 hours). Makes you feel fuller for longer.
